The VIII Pan-Amazonian Social Forum (FOSPA), held between April 28 and May 1, 2017 in Tarapoto, Peru, produced, as a result of its reflections and collective debates, carried out by the various organizations, movements and networks of the Panamazonia participants, as well as for the whole previous process process of almost a year and a half of work, this document constitutes a roadmap for the struggles of resistance, proposal and change to preserve the Andean Panamanian in the framework of a new civilizing order.
